About the memorial: Granite obelisk, with two crossed wreaths Eagle encircled with barbed wire inscribed on main face'. The whole is on a three-stepped base with steps leading up to the front. The obelisk was unveiled in 1976. There is an additional granite plaque on the steps leading up to the obelisk referencing events of 1990. The surrounding flowers are in the colours of the Polish national flag, white and red.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
