About the memorial: This is not a war memorial but a CWGC cemetery feature see the Protection tab. It is under the care of the CWGC whose graves and memorials are offical commemorative sites as opposed to local or community war memorials created by public subscription which are the focus of this website. See the What is a war memorial section of this website for further information. Reinstated with the construction of a screen wall (consisting of three wings centrally connected to pillar). There is a dedicatory stone on the pillar and each wall has sets of 9 tablets showing names, regiment and date of death.
