About the memorial: Octagonal stone font with a pink marble lid and an inscription written around it. There is a rose and cross on each alternating surface of the font, which is supported by a grey stone pillar and four small pink granite pillars. It is set on an octagonal plinth and a square stone base. A dedicatory rectangular stone tablet with an incised stone frame has been placed on a wall nearby with the dedication in black lettering and a black line border. Originally in St Alban's, Coombe Road, closed in 201) and demolished. The WMO image shows it in St Alban's, the IWM one in St Martin's
