About the memorial: A stone of remembrance. It is interesting that there are 3 times as many casualties for WW2 as WW1. The school was open from 1900-1976. East of the walled garden on the same path (at its junction with the main path from the promenade) there is a bench with a metal plaque. The memorial is on the top path west of the walled garden.
