About the memorial: The memorial consists of 5 plaques designed as oval Zulu battle sheilds bearing regimental Roll of Honours. The shields bear the names of 91 officers, NCO's and men of the Staffordshire Regiment who died during the Zulu wars of 1879.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
