About the memorial: Wooden, rectangular, pedimented plaque with carved design and three crests including the crest for Falmouth and the Duchy of Cornwall. Three Gothic windows with glass fronts are set into the plaque and these show the names. A small, metal plaque on a ledge at the base of the plaque carries the inscription. Names are in black ink with first capital letter in red. Carved, foliate border.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
