About the memorial: An addition to a memorial stone on a family grave. The memorial comprises a sandstone headstone with a shallow arch top and an incised inscription in upright capital roman lettering coloured black. The headstone surmounts an oblong base with bevelled top and is accompanied by oblong sandstone kerbs. It is towards the eastern corner of the Cemetery. CWGC say that at the time of his death he was from Banbury, although there is no current evidence that he is on a memorial there.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
