About the memorial: Additional lettering on a family gravestone which comprises chamfered grey granite kerbs with the inscription inlaid in upright capital block lettering. It is towards the northern corner of the churchyard. CWGC give the date of death as 6 June, compared to 8 June on the gravestone.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
