About the memorial: A vase on a family grave. The square concrete vase has a thin granite panel on one face with an incised badge of the Royal Army Service Corps at the centre and an incised inscription in upright capital block lettering. The grave also has concrete kerbstones with broad chamfers on their inner edges bearing thin granite panels with a further incised inscription in upright capital block and roman lettering. A further black ceramic vase has no inscription. A small metal plate is set into the surface of the grave and bears its number. A small incised inscription at the foot of the kerbs is only partially legible but is presumed to be the maker's mark. CWGC use his full name of Kenneth Henry Lilley. It is Grave 1945 towards the centre of the cemetery.
