About the memorial: Additional wording to the inscription on a family gravestone. The gravestone comprises a tall sandstone headstone with a pointed arch top with a decorative border, recessed sides with attached colonnettes, and foliage in relief in a triangular panel at the head. The inscription is incised in capital block lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong sandstone two-stepped base with a further inscription, and is accompanied by oblong sandstone kerbs. The memorial is east of the chapel, between the path and the road boundary.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
