About the memorial: An addition to the lettering on a headstone on a family grave. The tall sandstone headstone has a rounded arch top, chamfered edges and an inscription incised mainly in upright capital block lettering. The grave number and mason's name are incised at the foot. It is grave 5256 about half way between the main gate and the chapels.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
