About the memorial: An addition to a memorial stone on a family grave. The memorial comprises a plain white marble latin cross on a four-stepped base. The inscription is inlaid in mainly upright capital block lettering on the 6 o'clock face of the cross shaft and base The grave is surrounded by plain oblong white marble kerbs and is accompanied by a loose cross and several kerbstones placed on the surface of the grave which may be misplaced from elsewhere. The memorial is towards the eastern end of the cemetery close to, and south of, the main path from the chapel.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
