About the memorial: A wall mounted tablet and two vases. The nowy-headed white marble tablet has a small incised Latin cross at the head and an incised inscription in upright capital block lettering. The cross and inscription are infilled in black. The tablet is on a slate backboard painted black and surmounts a white marble shelf for the placement of tributes. The whole is supported by two stone brackets. The two identical round brass vases each have an incised inscription on the base in upright capital block lettering. It is on the south wall of the nave.
