About the memorial: An addition to a pink granite headstone on a family grave. The low headstone has a flat top, has a latin cross in relief in the two top corners and bears an inlaid inscription in upright capital block lettering. The headstone is accompanied by oblong granite kerbs bearing further inscriptions. It is towards the eastern end of the cemetery.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
