About the memorial: An addition to a headstone on a family grave. The tall white marble headstone has a trefoil top with moulded border, recessed sides and a spray of foliage in relief in a trefoil panel at the head.  The inlaid inscription is mainly in upright capital block lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong base with a bevelled top and the maker's name inlaid at the corner, and is accompanied by oblong kerbs. It is towards the northeast corner of the cemetery, next to the path.
