About the memorial: Three bells with associated Roll of Honour in a framed and glazed case. One of the bells is specific to the London and South West Railway's Eastleigh depot. That one was cast from three smaller bells at the depot.

Grants to support the repair and conservation of war memorials are available from the charity War Memorials Trust if it has raised funds. Support is focused on war memorials in Very bad or Poor condition or where there is a serious Concern.

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

To the Glory of God and in humble thanksgiving for the victory the peal of bells in this tower was completed by the addition of three new bells inscribed + THANKSGIVING + PEACE + REMEMBRANCE + The tenor bell was cast fromthree smaller bells from the clock tower of the L.S.W.R. works at Eastleigh * Presented by the directors of the company as a memorial to all the railwaymen who gave their lives in the Great War * And among them especially of the men of this parish + whose names are recorded below +
