About the memorial: A white marble tablet on a black marble backboard. The plain oblong tablet has stopped chamfers on the edges and an incised inscription in mixed styles of capital lettering coloured black. The plain oblong backboard is of black marble streaked with grey and bears a further inscription in upright capital block lettering painted white. The memorial was previously accompanied by a glass vase which is now displayed in a cabinet on the north wall of the nave.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
