Comments:
Memorial was found to be in a fair condition with some green staining from the bronze statue plus weathering and lichen growth. There is damage to the memorial with graffiti scratched into the face ( lower portion) of the plinth see image in condition images section. Apologies for the poor photo of the damage, but didn't realise until reviewing photos later.
