Comments:
WMT visited on 21/11/17 and carried out a condition survey. On the whole the majority of the lettering was legible, with the exception of one panel where it had started to fade. However, it was noted that this face was quite rough, which suggested it may be challenging in the future to sharpen and deepen inscriptions, so as this is legible at present the decision has been made not to carry out work unless further erosion occurs.
