Comments:
The Memorial stand in the churchyard of St Thomas the Martyr in Winchelsea. In 2017 it was thoroughly cleaned and repointed, the work being funded by a grant of £2,140 from the War memorials Trust, along with donations from Icklesham Parish Council, the Parochial Church Council and the Corporation of Winchelsea. As a part of this work, one name on the Memorial was corrected following prior investigation by local historians.
