Comments:
The main memorial looked in good order - the stone has the seaside look: bare cement with the weathered look in places. No significant issues were found with the stonework. The plaques are in good order. Further to the newspaper report in the links (after which I raised a concern report to WMT) the memorial was revisited but the red paint applied by vandals has been cleaned off with no traces of it. When the CYH on this report was noted it was further rechecked for clarity (Report courtesy of Ruth Mansergh)
