Condition is poor due to weathering, cracked paving and a cementitious being previously used for minor repairs. Due to the isolated location and being only accessible by foot maintenance costs are extremely elevated to ensure that the works are compliant with current legislation. The memorial is generally safe to visit but care underfoot is advised at all times.
