I visited the memorial on Sunday 29th October 2023. The memorial was fenced off with no public access the reason for this was the local council were in the process of cleaning it. From what bit I could see they were doing an excellent job on the Cenotaph but unfortunately I could not see the condition of the bronze plaques on the wall hence the condition level as fair.
