Comments:
Structurally fine and the inscriptions are good and sharp. However there are very early signs of algal growth (easily removed by cleaning) and there was standing water/puddling on the pavement. It has been very wet recently, including the previous night, but there is drainage installed in the pavement. Standing water on the stone pavement is a concern, especially if it then freezes, and suggests that the drainage may possibly not be adequate.
