Overall reasonable condition given location and age. Caution is needed with cleaning as overcleaning can cause damage so it is important to be realistic about what can be done to the stone. It should never look 'as new' as to get to that point is going to remove too much stonework and create a more porous surface that will just attract more dirt, more quickly. Some litter could be clearer from around wreaths.
