Comments:
With the help of a WMT grant the concrete lantern and dome dating back to 1923 have been restored and paint protected and the tower has been expertly repointed. The steps and base have also been re-laid. The site is well worth a visit; there is a café with wifi and donation boxes as a well as a regraded footpath down to the Glory Mine tram stop.
