Comments:
Memorial in generally 'FAIR' condition, with some deterioration to stonework, corrosion to in-laid lead lettering and significant weathering to swag details and discolouration to top most stone. Bottom two steps ( concrete slabs paving with lime render on additional skin of brickwork, possibly added in 1960s ) condition 'POOR'. A number of slabs debonded, pointing between slabs failed and missing in places. Lime render applied during previous restoration failing along upper edges due to ingress of water through failed pointing in conctete slabs above.
