Comments:
Visited by WMT in advance of 11/11. Overall in Fair condition given site, pollution and age. Earlier 2020 graffitti has been removed - faint outline remains but removal may have been made more difficult by non-professionals trying to do so before best conservation approach applied. Any further attempts could cause more damage. New graffitti seen so reported to English Heritage to address as they should be the only ones undertaking work on the Cenotaph especially as it is a listed structure.
