Thu15Feb2018: Memorial was built in 2008. After 10 years of weathering and deep flooding some of the Portland stone facing is flaking off, and all of the grouting needs replacing. However WMT cannot fund repairs until 2023 at the earliest. Suzi Paterson, Secretary, Friends of PPA.
