There is now a temporary bridge to the lower Churchyard from the Lych gate providing level access. Work on restoring the wall was ongoing today when I visited. The memorial would benefit from cleaning, the WW2 wording is pretty eroded and hard to read. General repointing of the base levels would be in order. But structurally it is fine.
