Comments:
The main structure appears sound. The main problem is with the lettering on the left and right faces, which is badly weathered, especially on the right (north) face, some of which is virtually obliterated. Futhermore, the limestone render on the concrete octagonal base is flaking off in places. The church itself is undergoing major re-furbishing with a lottery grant. Visited on 13 July, 2017.
