Update. Following support from War Memorial Trust a qualified conservation specialist has been appointed to assess conditions and make appropriate recommendations. This specialist conducted site visit in second half of June 2017 and will compile written report of findings. Results will be submitted to War Memorial Trust and memorial owner as well as local body Nottingham Park Conservation Trust.
