As requested, I attended the memorial on 30.08.2021 and photographed the repairs. Photos are attached, and the repairs to the memorial itself all looked good. However, I was concerned by the paving slabs enclosing the gravelled area. Some of them are loose, and they slightly overhang the gravelled area. One of them tipped as I walked on it. I'm concerned that they need to be cemented properly into place, else someone could injure themselves. One of them, on a corner, has a chunk broken off - shown in photo.
