Comments:
Condition does not seem to have changed from previous reports. Masonry looks stable but would benefit from re-pointing and a clean. The bronze panels are readible but are becoming stained in parts. The monument is located in parkland, so the vicinity of trees is a factor in its condition, but masonry is susceptible to deterioration if re-pointing is not done - and is seems necessary here.
