The overall structure seems sound. However, the name panels are very hard to reaad. As the names are the point of a war memorial, I am designating this as Poor in order to alert War Memorials Trust Conservation to have a look and make their judgement. David Wolfenden's photos and report show that the 2020 condition report of Good was over-optimistic as nothing seems to have changed from the 2016 photos
