Comments:
No vandalism, but there could potentially be as the park has open access. However the memorial needs cleaning. There is some blue discolouration around the base especially (not sure whether that is from a previous clean or normal erosion) and some more further up. The panels are legible and the surrounding area seems to be well kept.
