Comments:
This is a stone memorial, with tapering obelisk with a raised cross and crown on the front facing side. The obelisk is mounted on a stone plinth, two faces of which bear black inscription on what appears to be white stone tablets. The memorial is surrounded by a small black metal fence. The memorial relates to both World Wars. The memorial is situated close to the roadside, affords ready access and is adjacent to a house which is undergoing renovation. There is a small roadside parking area near to the memorial. It appears that the memorial has undergone some recent cleaning as scrub marks are apparent on the plinth and also the commemorative dates. Minor signs of vegetation on the memorial however it appears generally well maintained. During the site visit, the RV was unable to detect any missing letters as previously reported.
