I visited this a day after another contributor, but slightly disagree with their conclusion based on previous visits. You are welcome to disregard my point of view entirely should you wish. The capital which supports the lantern is slowly eroding. I would suggest including another condition request for a few years time. It may be worth looking at getting the lantern scanned as it is a notable piece of artwork by Mary Watts.
