Stable, but the original plaque is lost and there is nothing at present to indicate that this is even a war memorial, save for a few poppies that people have left here. According to IWM, refurbishment of the site was abandoned in 2000 and replacement plaques were placed instead at the nearby churches. No sign of the "more modest plaque" that was apparently placed here in 2001.
