Comments:
The memorial is stable surrounded by its metal fence and there is no sign of structural damage. But 90% of the names are really impossible to read. The names are closely packed together and would be difficult to recut, but nonetheless the memorial is failing in a primary purpose if names of the dead cannot be read.
