Comments:
The memorial is generally in Fair condition. There is some moisture about causing some biological growth. There were also a lot of leaves which would benefit from being clearer to mnimise the risk of water trapping. There was some water staining behind the wreaths so it may be beneficial to consider a wreath holder with the garden area just to reduce the risk of water getting into the stone as that can increase the rate of deterioration. Some of the stonework was also flaking which should be monitored.
