WMT site visit January 2017 to discuss possible programme of conservation and repair works supported by WMT funding. Condition Fair-Poor, significant loss of mortar in some areas/inappropriate cement mortar pointing which is failing. Loss of legibility of some of the lettering. Shaft of memorial shows signs of possible corrosion of the internal metal dowel.
