Comments:
Missing date plaque has been replaced but with an item substantially smaller than the original item and as a result the original fixing holes and adhesive are visible, one hole has been filled rather crudely. Stone is delaminating in multiple areas and loose fragments of stone are lying on the ground, areas of eroded pointing and failing former plastic repairs. One of the bronze wreaths is damaged and a part is missing. Dirty and subject to anti social behaviour with some graffiti scratched into the stone although this appears to be of some age.
