Comments:
Generally good. There are no open joints indicative of differential settlement despite recent ground works around the perimeter. The carved sandstone remains in good condition although there is some decay of weak bedding in the socle below the cross. Ramsey Commissioners may consider replacing a small section of drip moulding on the socle in well-matched stone in some years time. The pointing is defective in parts.
