Comments:
The stone work has numerous cracks and dimples on the slab surface. These are a result of the passage of time and frost action. Some attempt to fill the dimples with inappropriate material in the past is visible. There is a badly damaged slab in the south west corner which needs attention. The stability of the base is compromised by pointing failing which needs urgent action. The names on the column are becoming illegible but cleaning with restore their visibility. The memorial remains in the vertical position and the base appears solid if in need of attention.
