Comments:
Stone is covered with moss, lichen & pollution damage. Old mortar loose and cracked. Bronze plaques pitted & corroding with loose screws. Several long running cracks in the stone on NE side of the steps. Wooden fence posts rotting and loose. Chain link fence rusted. Fencing protects grassed area by memorial, preventing cars from parking
