Comments:
Overall the structure is doing well for 100 years old. However the specialist building surveyor found cracks to pediment. The roof covering has completely decayed and is no longer present. The guttering is missing on one side and broken on the other, the lack of guttering or roof cover is resulting in water leaking over the memorial and causing general deterioration. The steps are also cracked and slipping.
