Moss needs removing from the roof, structure needs repainting. Rotten timber needs replacing. Missing seat slats. Missing ironwork. Have certificate of lawfulness to restore. Will restore in April 2016

Maintenance Plan Details
Council survey included as well as a detailed schedule of works with photographs.Works plan: * Wood to be treated for woodworm. * Seat slats to be replaced or repaired. * Rotten wood will be replaced and the rotten support repaired. * All wood to be prepared and cleaned prior to repainting * Original materials will be used, and oil based paint the same colour as last painted. Advice to be taken from the Dulux Centre. * Moss to be taken from tiles, * Clean gutters and down pipes. Seal joints. * New ornamental metal eaves decoration to be refixed with slotted screws and replaced where missing.
