Comments:
On my previous visit I designated this as Poor. However, some repairs have been done and some vegetation cleared, and on reflection I think it deserves Fair. It is structurally stable and the names can be read without real difficulty, though the leaded lettering on the WW2 tablet has faded almost to the colour of the stone. The real issue with this memorial is with its location, which time has passed by because of the hedge which has been allowed to grow to shut out the A30, but which has cut off the memorial from its imtended audience. .
