Comments:
Visited the church on 12/05/2018, when open as part of West Lindsey Churches Festival. It was evident that the sword was missing. The previous condition report dated 08/03/2017 states "Don't know how to judge the condition of the sword". However the sword is also missing from the pictures taken at that time. Possibly the sword has been removed for safety as it appears to have just rested on two brackets.
